Borg Law Group attorney Whitney Short was honored as the 2017 Pro Bono Attorney of the Year during the November Nevada Legal Services’ Champions of Justice Awards Luncheon, which recognizes those who assist the organization in providing free legal services to seniors, veterans, military families and low-income Nevada residents.

The Pro Bono Attorney of the Year is awarded annually to the professional Nevada Legal Services believes has been the most instrumental in providing legal services for clients in the community. During the last year, Whitney took several estate planning and probate cases as well as conducted seminars to inform residents on estate planning and the probate process free of charge.
